How to Prepare Usucha

Sift 2 g (about 1 tsp) of matcha into a bowl.
Add 60–70 ml of hot water at approximately 70–80°C (158–176°F).
Whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk in a quick W-shaped motion until smooth and lightly frothy.
