How to Prepare
- Add 1–2 g (½–1 tsp) of matcha to a bowl or cup.
- Pour in 60–80 ml hot water (70–80°C).
- Whisk for 15–30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
- Enjoy immediately.
For a Matcha Latte: Whisk 1–2 g matcha with 50–60 ml warm water, then add 150–200 ml steamed milk and sweeten to taste.
